The Clinton County United Way is a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit organization donations to which are tax exempt in accordance with all applicable, federal, state, and local laws.
As such an organization, the Clinton County United Way is therefore required to complete a yearly audit conducted by an independent Certified Public Accountant. In the interest of accountability and transparency, we are happy to make available to you our recent filings with the Federal Government.
You are also more than welcome to visit the following website that provides accountability and oversight of non-profit organizations. Not only do we voluntarily participate in the above program, but by virtue of our membership in the United Way Worldwide, oversight of our organization is also provided by them. We are required to complete yearly reporting to the United Way Worldwide and recertify yearly.
