The Clinton County United Way shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin or ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its operations, interactions with its Partner Agencies, or other activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and Board Members, provision of services to Partner Agencies, relations and transactions with constituents, and selection of vendors.
